By uploading or posting User Content, you grant PrimeStories a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, publish, and distribute your User Content on the Platform and for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, or promoting PrimeStories.

This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account is terminated, except to the extent that we have already used your content for promotional materials or it has been shared by others on the Platform (subject to caching or backups that may persist for a limited time).

4.3 Representations and Warranties
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
